Prayer for Eternal Life If you are feeling a calling to give your life to Jesus, let go of your past and receive the gift of salvation, you are welcome to pray the following prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father...I come to you in the name of Jesus. Your Word says "...whoever comes to me I will never drive away." (John 6:37) so I know that if I come to you honestly asking for forgiveness and salvation you will not turn me away. Thank you. You say in your Word, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." I call on your name now. Dear Lord, I am sorry for all the wrong I have done in my life and now turn away from it. I will, with your help, begin a new life today and call upon you to help and guide me. I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He died for me closing the gap between me and God. I now accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. Dear Lord thank you for saving me.
